TAP Air Portugal will introduce a new premium economy cabin on its long-haul Airbus A330 and A321LR flights in the summer of 2026, the airline announced Wednesday. The new cabin, positioned between business and economy classes, will feature 12 seats arranged in three rows of four. Each seat will be independent of its neighbor, according to TAP. Premium Economy tickets will include priority check-in, priority baggage handling, expedited security, and priority boarding.

JetBlue will launch a new year-round service between San Juan, Puerto Rico, and five U.S. destinations in March 2026, the airline announced Wednesday. Flights between San Juan and Jacksonville, Florida, will begin on March 13, with four flights per week. On March 26, the airline will launch service between San Juan and Philadelphia, Philadelphia, and Richmond, Virginia, with one daily and three weekly flights, respectively. On March 27, JetBlue will inaugurate flights between San Juan and Norfolk, Virginia, and Buffalo, New York, with four weekly flights.
JetBlue will also launch service between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Syracuse, New York, on March 5, with five flights per week, and between Fort Myers, Florida, and Buffalo, with three flights per week, on March 26.

Southwest Airlines and the German airline Condor announced a partnership on Tuesday for transatlantic flights. Tickets are on sale for flights beginning January 19, 2026, through Condor and travel agencies. This agreement allows passengers to book a single ticket for connecting flights operated by each airline in Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon, San Francisco, and Seattle. Condor serves nearly 70 destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas from its Frankfurt hub, according to Southwest.
Condor is Southwest’s fifth international partner, joining Icelandair, China Airlines, EVA Air, and Philippine Airlines.

easyJet now offers three new routes from French regions: Bordeaux-Palermo, Basel-Mulhouse-Lille, and Nantes-Strasbourg. The Nantes-Strasbourg route will open on April 17, 2026, and will be operated with two weekly flights, on Mondays and Fridays.
