Swissôtel opens in Dubai

Al Ghurair Properties, the real estate development company of Al Ghurair, has partnered with the Swissôtel brand to announce the inauguration of the Swiss Hotel Al Ghurair and Swissôtel Living, located in the Deira district in the heart of Al Ghurair Centre. This follows the agreement reached between Al Ghurair Properties and AccorHotels in July 2017 to open the first Swissôtel in the United Arab Emirates.
With 428 rooms and 192 apartments, this luxurious establishment is part of the Al Ghurair Centre Complex, one of the oldest and most prestigious in the world.

For business and leisure travellers, the Swiss hotel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living is located in the historic district of Dubai. Clients will benefit from simplified access to famous and inescapable cultural sites along Dubai Creek, Al Fahidi and other historic neighbourhoods.
The facility is also located near government, consular and business districts, and not far from Dubai’s downtown core, the international airport and Dubai Union Station metro station.
Swissôtel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living is one of the two other hotels operated by Swissôtel in the Middle East.
AccorHotels operates 45 hotels in the United Arab Emirates and plans to open 24 more. In the Middle East, the Group now manages more than 100 hotels, with a total of over 32,000 rooms in all segments.
Eventually, the size of the network will double, which will add more than 25,000 additional rooms in the region.
