Indonesia turns heads


Tourists from France remained loyal to Bali in 2018, always attracted by the island’s unique culture and nature, their number continues to increase compared to other countries that, with them, constitute the leading contingent of foreign tourists in Bali.

French tourists coming to Bali increased by 10.11% in 2018, representing 195,854 people compared to 177,864 in 2017.
In 2018, the total number of French people who visited Bali increased by 17 990.

France ranks 7th among the countries that provide the most tourists to Bali, behind China, Australia, Japan, India, Great Britain and the United States.

In order to improve the growth of French tourism to Indonesia, the Indonesia Tourism Office and its partners will be in Lyon on March 12 and in Paris on March 14 at the meetings of tour operators and travel agencies.

The destination will present its latest news and above all will provide updated information on the current situation and conditions in Indonesia.
