It is now part of the « intangible cultural heritage » of the kingdom by UNESCO. The international body met for its 14th session in Bogota, Colombia, to inscribe the latest additions, which included not only Thai massage, but also two regional martial arts: Silat from Malaysia and Pencak Silat from Indonesia.
