Bali wants to open hotels in May and welcome tourists in June

The Indonesian government has announced that its goal is to attract travellers from countries that are rapidly recovering from the coronavirus outbreak, including China, South Korea and Japan.

However, the Indonesian government has not yet announced when the country will begin easing its current travel restrictions.

The Bali Tourism Board believes that the reopening of hotels in Bali will probably depend on online travel agencies, referring to booking platforms such as Traveloka.

For information, in Bali there have been 135 cases of coronavirus with a total of 3 deaths.
