Amadeus now certified NDC level 3 aggregator

Amadeus has obtained NDC (New Distribution Capability) Level 3 aggregator certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Amadeus, which already had NDC Level 3 IT vendor certification, is thus one of the first vendors with dual certification.

Level 3, the highest level of this certification, is awarded to companies capable of managing offers (« Offer ») and orders (« Orders »). Thus, Amadeus is able to integrate the NDC offers of airlines and offer them to travel distributors.

Through the NDC-X program, Amadeus connects airlines with travel distributors using the NDC standard. This new certification was obtained thanks to the group’s collaboration with Travix, a major online travel agency, which joined the program a few months ago.
