Park Inn by Radisson opens its second hotel in the holy city of Mecca

Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Hotel Group’s premium mid-range brand that offers serene experiences, exceptional cuisine and a friendly atmosphere, is proud to announce the opening of its second hotel in the holy city of Mecca, Aziziyah.

The group’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia is growing rapidly and now includes 43 hotels and more than 9,400 rooms in service and under development.

As the birthplace of the Prophet Mohammed, Mecca is considered the holiest city in Islam. It attracts several million visitors from all over the world during the Hajj period, an Islamic pilgrimage organized each year.

Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah is only 6 km from Al Masjid Al Haram, the largest mosque in the world and the holiest site of Islam.

The hotel is also close to the holy sites of Arafat, Mina and Muzdalifah, as well as Jabal Thawr and Jabal Nur. This allows guests to make the most of their pilgrimage and easily fulfil their Hajj obligations.

The hotel has 355 modern rooms and suites, most of which overlook the Holy City. Guests can choose between comfortable twin beds and king-size beds. Each room has individual air conditioning, a sofa bed, a safe and free high-speed Internet access.
