eDreams Odigeo reported yesterday that it has strengthened its ability to develop new products and services for travellers as a result of its technology and innovation strategy implemented two years ago.
As a testament to the internal development team’s commitment to better meet customer needs, the « test and learn » approach has improved its ability to test new products and features on all platforms by 118% compared to the same period last year.
The group’s commitment to exploit the latest technology to provide better service to its customers has also reduced development delivery times by 48%.
This means that changes to all 245 websites and applications can be put online much faster to meet customer needs, in some cases in as little as 15 minutes.
In addition, automation during publications has now reached 75%.
This increased efficiency allows eDreams Odigeo to redistribute resources more efficiently and to continue to innovate to increase customer satisfaction.
