The culinary richness of the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru dazzled the famous British chef and presenter Gordon Ramsay.
Peruvian chef Virgilio Martínez participated in the first television show « Gordon Ramsay : Extreme Flavours » broadcast on the National Geographic channel. Ramsay was impressed by the Urubamba market with its scents, colours and variety of products.
