Pan Am®, the legendary airline that literally shaped the golden age of air travel, is preparing to rise from the ashes to reconquer the world’s skies.
Having reached its peak in the 1960s, establishing itself as the most prestigious international airline in the world, the Pan American World Airways® brand remains, in the collective imagination, the absolute synonym for premium service and jet-set style aboard its iconic Boeing 707 and 747 aircraft.
With Amadeus
To orchestrate this long-awaited return to scheduled service, the new Pan Am® has taken a significant step forward. A decisive step was taken with the signing of a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with Amadeus, the world leader in travel technology, designated as a strategic technology partner.
This partnership aims to merge the company’s heritage of modern luxury with the demands of contemporary customer-centric aviation, through the deployment of Amadeus’ integrated IT solutions that will enable a highly personalized sales experience while ensuring seamless operational reliability.
While luxury and global connectivity remain the brand’s DNA, this new iteration of Pan Am® will leverage cutting-edge booking tools and optimized flow management to meet the standards of 2026.
The company is currently working diligently on the official launch of its first flight services, a complex operation that remains subject to obtaining final regulatory certifications and authorizations from the US FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation).
By partnering with a technology giant like Amadeus, Pan Am® is not simply reviving nostalgia, but rather reinventing exceptional travel for a new generation of discerning passengers, proving that timeless elegance can perfectly complement cutting-edge digital innovation.
