The luxury of wellness is coming to the United States: Siro is opening in Miami for the first time in the U.S. Kerzner International Holdings has just announced a major milestone in its global expansion with the signing of Siro Brickell, Miami.
Expected to open in 2030, this address will be the Siro brand’s first-ever combination hotel and residence in the United States, marking an ambitious new chapter for the wellness-focused hospitality concept.
This launch follows the high-profile openings of Siro One Za’abeel in Dubai (February 2024) and Siro Boka Place in Montenegro (May 2025).
It expands a growing global portfolio, which already includes Siro Palmilla in Los Cabos (2027), Siro Olaya in Riyadh (2028), and Siro Roppongi in Tokyo (2029).
This expansion reaffirms Siro’s DNA: reinventing hospitality around fitness, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness.
A multifunctional complex in the heart of Brickell
Siro Brickell will be located in the heart of the vibrant Brickell district, a Miami hotspot where business, culture, and leisure meet.
The property boasts an ideal location, within easy walking distance of trendy restaurants, lively rooftop terraces, art galleries, designer boutiques, and Biscayne Bay.
The airport is only 15 minutes away.
The complex will offer up to 180 rooms and suites as well as 350 Siro Homes.
These residences, introduced for the first time at Siro Boka Place, embody the brand’s spirit by combining community, comfort, and innovation for a refined residential experience.
The multifunctional building will also feature a state-of-the-art Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab, meeting the growing demand from business and leisure travelers who prioritize their well-being.
To bring this major project to life, Kerzner partnered with two local Miami-based partners: 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings.
A Strategy of Continuous Innovation
The establishment of Siro Brickell confirms Kerzner’s commitment to innovation and immersive experiences.
This US expansion will soon be accompanied by the launch of the One&Only Moonlight Basin Resort and Private Homes in Montana (scheduled for next November), as well as a new project underway in New York’s Hudson Valley.
By positioning itself on the pillars of well-being and community, Siro is not just responding to a trend: the brand is establishing itself as a model for the reimagined art of living in the luxury hospitality industry of tomorrow.
