Curio Collection by Hilton arrives in Southeast Asia with the opening of Saii Lagoon Maldives

Hilton announces the opening of SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, a tropical island retreat where groups of friends, couples and families can get together and enjoy the sun and sea in an environment with contemporary design, respectful of the environment. Nestled in the beautiful Emboodhoo lagoon, SAii Lagoon Maldives is part of CROSSROADS Maldives, the first integrated complex involving several Maldives islands.

The opening of SAii Lagoon Maldives marks the arrival of Curio Collection by Hitlon in Southeast Asia, the fifth property of the Hilton Group in Asia Pacific. With 198 accommodations, SAii Lagoon Maldives is the group’s third establishment in the Maldives, making it the largest international hotel operator based in the Maldives.

Each of the hotel’s rooms is decorated in a bright, contemporary and eclectic style, which recalls the maritime heritage of the archipelago. Natural textures, driftwood, and marine colours complete the decoration. Guests can opt for villas on stilts.

Innovation is also present in the heart of the hotel’s restaurants and bars. Miss Olive Oyl is a restaurant and bar by the pool, which offers Mediterranean flavours and seafood while Mr Tomyam offers Italian-Thai fusion dishes with open kitchen and an outdoor terrace. Bean/Co serves artisanal coffee and snacks including healthy options and ice cream.

Guests will also have access to Café del Mar, a beach restaurant renowned throughout the world for its rhythms from the Balearics, international parties and DJs, for the very first time in the Maldives.
